Who we are

Buyout Desk is a product of LOOP AI. "We" means Travis Mahoney, a sole proprietor doing business as LOOP AI. Contact: sales@loopaiconsulting.com.

What we collect

• If you request a call: your name, email, level, years at Microsoft, decision deadline and what you want to hear about.
• If you apply to take calls: your name, email, LinkedIn URL, last role, the year you left, your rate, your scheduling link and, if you add it, what you can talk about.
• For both: the source tag in the link you came from (for example, "blind"), and when you submitted.
• Our hosts' standard server logs record your IP address and browser type for a short time, for security.

We don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. The page loads fonts from Google, which sees your IP address as with any web request.

Why

Only to match you with an advisor (or clients), email you about it, and see which links people came from. Before a call is booked, we show each side the other without names: a client sees an advisor profile (last role, part of Microsoft, years there, year left, rate and what they can talk about), and an advisor sees the request (level, years, deadline and what the client wants to hear about). Names, emails and LinkedIn are shared only with the person you book with, once the call is booked.

Who else handles it

Vercel hosts the page. Our server, hosted by Hetzner, stores the forms and sends us a short notice through Telegram when one arrives. Backup copies are kept in Google Drive and on our own computer. Email runs through Forward Email and Google (Gmail). When payments start, Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.

Do Not Track

We don't track you across sites, so we don't respond to Do Not Track signals differently.

We never sell it

We don't sell or rent your information, or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While we're matching you, and up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete it from our live systems. Deleted information can remain in backups until those are removed.

Deleting it

Email sales@loopaiconsulting.com (or reply to any email from us) and ask, and we'll delete your information within 30 days and confirm. California residents can also ask what we hold about them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
